As a Chief Marketing Officer with a Master’s in Marketing Management and a BSc in Marketing, PR & Advertising, I bring over 8 years’ experience building and delivering integrated marketing strategies across SaaS, private sector, public service and charity organisations. My experience includes working within a £1bn+ SaaS tech unicorn, operating across audit & risk, EHS, public and private sector software. Here, I led social media, employee advocacy programmes and cross-functional marketing campaigns at scale, bringing together creative, digital and strategic projects to support wider business objectives. Alongside this, experience across grassroots charities, retail and agency environments has provided a broad perspective on how different audiences think, behave and engage with marketing and how strategy needs to adapt accordingly. What connects all of this is simple: understanding people first and building marketing that actually resonates with them. My approach combines strategy, data, insight and creativity, from marketing audits and customer personas through to full integrated campaign delivery. I'm equally comfortable shaping high-level marketing strategy and getting hands-on with content creation, storytelling and production. As well as, working closely with design studios, creative teams and wider stakeholders, I’ve brought campaigns and brand ideas to life through video storyboards, campaign narratives, brand identities and compelling content across multiple channels. The result is a marketing skill set that spans both the strategic and creative, with the ability to see the bigger picture while understanding what it takes to execute it effectively.
