This created a lot of issues such as not enough reach and the brand identity was being decremented.

Once this was achieved, the personal pages which diverted the traffic away from the brand, they were removed. The content strategy was simple, it was to bring the brand into spotlight using the central page, this was mixed content from news, stories, hero’s and branch events. Making it fun and relatable allowing the page to grow.
The local pages would start posting jobs and also local news which would bring viewers to the pages.
Paid promotions used by local branches would highlight the necessary jobs to the right candidates and also that would also allow for the brand to be visible to other companies looking for related services.

Industria central page using the simple strategy of using the brand and social posts grew its visibility, this allowed the brand to be inline with its competitors in just 2 months and 4 months later, Industria sits above its competitors on social media.
Local branches are now generating their own followers and jobs which are advertised inline with the branding are being filled up a lot quicker organically.
